The older white lady at the front desk is not friendly or welcoming and is a terrible first impression of Caliber. She needs to work in the back or be retrained in basic customer service skills. She was rude and unprofessional to both myself and other customers as I observed. Do better!
Customer service was great and car looked wonderful after repairs!
On July 27th I stopped here for an estimate to have the body side moldings on both front doors repaired on our Toyota. The repair was to reattach the moldings that were slowly coming off. I was afraid the next car wash would rip them off. It was an out of pocket repair. Elizabeth estimated the job and I scheduled an appointment with Madison at the front desk to drop our car off on the 30th. In my opinion the estimate was very reasonable. I came by to get an estimate and I was told everyone was busy. A guy name Louis Production Mgr assisted me, very pleasant and courteous who help me. Will recommend Calliber Collision in the future.
I was side swiped and had significant damage to my vehicle. I was worried it couldn’t be fixed, but Caliber repaired my car perfectly. Completion was ahead of schedule by more than a week and the communication I received throughout was excellent!
