Josue and the front desk staff were so professional and communicative during the entire experience. Got my car looking brand new again! Definitely recommend this place for body repairs! Great experience for a bad situation!

The older white lady at the front desk is not friendly or welcoming and is a terrible first impression of Caliber. She needs to work in the back or be retrained in basic customer service skills. She was rude and unprofessional to both myself and other customers as I observed. Do better!

On July 27th I stopped here for an estimate to have the body side moldings on both front doors repaired on our Toyota. The repair was to reattach the moldings that were slowly coming off. I was afraid the next car wash would rip them off. It was an out of pocket repair. Elizabeth estimated the job and I scheduled an appointment with Madison at the front desk to drop our car off on the 30th. In my opinion the estimate was very reasonable.
