Caliber Collision was recommended by my insurance company as well as a trusted friend, to complete body work, from a recent accident. I can not speak highly enough, the service was impeccable. Tony was my contact, he provided daily updates, answered all my questions, during the two plus week repair process. My car looks new. so very happy. Thank you again.
The worst treatment, lack of respect for appointments, and the employees don't work well; they need courses in car repair, bodywork, and painting. My car pick up was postponed four times, and it wasn't repaired or fixed to the required standard and professionalism. The worst and most disastrous place I have ever seen and dealt with in my life. This is the first and last time, and I will never deal with them again
Repair work quality was good. Work was completed in estimated days. Updates on work progress were constantly sent to the vehicle owner.
