i give this guys a 11 out of 10 stars!! they are THE BEST!! i bought a 2012 Gmc sierra and i had a little dent on a chrome piece of the back bumper i did this while backing up and not paying attention..so after spending $200 for the part and all the Christmas shopping coming up i was going to be short on cash. These guys offered to install this for free with no charge!! i took all these guys some breakfast they will keep having my business forever GO GMC AND CHEVYS!!!
Absolutely the best customer experience I have ever had! My daughter recently wrecked her Ford Focus, which had only liability coverage. I honestly thought the vehicle would either be declared totaled or way too expensive to repair...thank God I was wrong. I received excellent customer service, continual feedback via email, very reasonable pricing, and the highest quality workmanship. Thank you all for saving me money, time, and sanity!
I would normally recommend this business but, unfortunately, I cannot. They replaced molding on my vehicle, approximately $2600 dollars of repairs, back in October/2011 but they ordered some incorrect parts & promised to install correct parts once they arrived. Payment for the work was made in full. Correct parts were installed but again they stated that they were still waiting on delivery of ONE MORE PART. I have heard no word from them since and my calls are not returned.
This place is AWESOME! I have the pickiest son (21) who has had body work done at Classic on two different trucks. One previous body shop he used refused to do work for him again because the smallest imperfection dissatisfied him. Both vehicles were in pristine condition prior to getting in accidents and were his "babies". Both times the trucks came out of Classic meeting his inspection! Beautiful work! I cannot say enough about this business.
