In backing over a pipe hidden among some ivy, I had pulled the back bumper of my car loose. I wasn't able to snap it back into place and anticipated a complete removal, replacement, insurance issues, getting a rental car while it was being repaired ... the guys at Caliber Collision just snapped it back into place, didn't charge me, and sent me on my way. They could easily have charged me some kind of fee that I would have gladly paid. How great is that?

Ernesto the service advisor and the office team at the Laguna Beach location were terrific! It was a very stressful time having been rear ended in an accident and having to take my new car in for repairs. The repair was done faster than I expected and my car was ready early. The text updates every few days were very helpful and the team was so professional and efficient. I will definitely bring my car here for any future repairs and highly recommend this location to anyone.
