Ernesto the service advisor and the office team at the Laguna Beach location were terrific! It was a very stressful time having been rear ended in an accident and having to take my new car in for repairs. The repair was done faster than I expected and my car was ready early. The text updates every few days were very helpful and the team was so professional and efficient. I will definitely bring my car here for any future repairs and highly recommend this location to anyone.

Ernesto, Cynthia, Gibson, and the "shop" staff provided friendly, efficient, and skilled service at a fair price. The repair, at the rear of my car, is excellent. I was also very pleasantly surprised that the staff included complimentary clearing of yellowed clouding of my front headlight lenses, making them look like new! Highly recommended.
