Everyone at Caliber was incredibly helpful and the service was so quick! They gave me honest advice about options for fixing my car and what they could do to fix the problem for the least amount of money. Special shoutout to the mechanic Sheridan who helped me!!

AAA recommended Caliber Collision and the Laguna Beach location was excellent. Enterprise car rental is next door so it was very convenient.
In backing over a pipe hidden among some ivy, I had pulled the back bumper of my car loose. I wasn't able to snap it back into place and anticipated a complete removal, replacement, insurance issues, getting a rental car while it was being repaired ... the guys at Caliber Collision just snapped it back into place, didn't charge me, and sent me on my way. They could easily have charged me some kind of fee that I would have gladly paid. How great is that?
