Everyone at Caliber is friendly, helpful, and polite. When my car was returned to me it was extremely clean and looked great.
This place is an absolute disgrace. I won’t even waste time describing how long it took them to return my truck, because the bigger issue is far worse. They billed my insurance company for repairs that were never actually completed. After getting my truck back, I took it to another shop where multiple items listed as repaired were immediately identified as untouched. Although it wasn't the outcome I'd hoped for in getting my Jeep back up and running beautifully again, I'm so thankfull for Darrell and the team for taking a second look for potential structural damage. They found more and it was un repairable. I'm sad my Jeep is gone, but I'm thankful I wasn't driving it home and experiencing a catastrophic failure. Thank you Darrell and Team for everything!
