Bad workman ship and customer service
My vehicle was transferred to Caliber Collision in Tracy because it was a certified repair shop for my car — a decision I deeply regret. While the primary repair was completed, I encountered approximately five additional issues resulting from poor reassembly. Excellent folks to work with both at Brentwood and Tracy locations!
I couldn’t have asked for a better experience following a car accident. The shop kept me abreast of progress and cost. I was given a ride home from drop off, they removed a large chunk of sap that has survived many trips through the car wash (thank you!!) annnnnd my vehicle was ready several days early! It looks fabulous, was cleaner than it was when I dropped it off, what more could I ask for?! Thank you Caliber Collision ❤️
