Stopped by Caliber Collision without an appointment and was really impressed by the service. Derrick McCullough, the manager, helped me out right away with a front license plate issue on my Nissan that no one else seemed able to fix. He had it taken care of in under 20 minutes, and I genuinely appreciated his professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help. It’s clear he cares about doing a good job and making sure people are taken care of. Great experience overall.
Carlos has been incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He provided detailed information about what needed to be done and gave me a clear timeline for the repairs. Although the repair wasn’t completed by the original estimate, he explained the reasons thoroughly and helped me extend my rental car without any issues.
