Upon arrival the guy who initially looked at my vehicle was rude. I wasn’t happy with that being I was just in an accident. All I needed was my bumper and a few other things fixed my bumper doesn’t seem completely attached to my vehicle. I would never recommend this location never so if you need some serious work done on your vehicle I do not recommend this location

My car was getting fixed here at Caliber Collision on Wilmer Road and our experience was overall amazing. The team was extremely kind and super friendly. They texted with updates and walked me through the entire claims process. Katie called with details and helped coordinate everything. Had another collision unfortunately, then brought is back because they did great work the first time. They kept me updated and did a wonderful job yet again. I hope I won’t need any more repairs, but if I do I will come back to Caliber
