Awesome group of people and always kept me aware of any additional issues. Completed repairs ahead of original schedule
I was told a 2 week repair process but turned into 2.5 weeks due to ordering issues with the headlight multiple of times. The communication wasn’t there. My service advisor was out on leave for multiple of days so when I called to check on the status I had to speak with the GM. I had to call multiple of times to get a status on my vehicle. I had informed them that I was paying out of pocket for a rental and only had 2 weeks on it to please have the vehicle done by them and they said they would then it turned out to be longer... read more
