Caliber Collision did great job repairing my car after the accident, this company is very professional, completed the repair on the date it is estimated, and job done with good quality, plus Caliber texted me daily with repair progress, which reduced car owner lots of stress. Awesome company, highly recommended.
I will advise to not be in a hurry to fill out their request to do a survey. Because they surely pressure you to as soon as you have your keys back in hand. Also if you have any parts interior or exterior that were not on your vehicle when it was purchased "new" they don't care if it's broken or out of place when they give you your keys back. Our car was side swiped while parked on the street. Caliber was amazing from start to finish. They kept us informed and updated frequently to let us know where we were at in the repair process. The had quoted us about 10 days to complete the repairs, better than we anticipated. The car was completed within 6. They did an amazing job, car looks brand new again. Very pleased. Rob was our contact and he was phenomenal.
