The repair work seems ok but the customer service was really bad. I picked up my car thinking it was completely repaired. But then I was told that they hadn’t completed the last step of the painting process and a cracked tail light cover wasn’t replaced. I told them that they hadn’t replaced the bumper guard. After I picked up the car there was NO communication from Caliber. I had to call them repeatedly to get these 3 items completed and it was 10 days before the car was finished. Thanks to Robert, my car looks better than the day I bought it. Got in a fender bender and they replaced the hood, bumper and a few other parts. The new paint looks beautiful and seemlesly blends. They replaced the entire left headlight but the headlight came defective from the VW dealer. They had it returned and replaced very quickly. Highly recommend!
