The scheduler was kind, patient, and truly accommodating, which immediately set a positive tone for the entire experience. This was my Daughter's Vehicle being rwp8by Caliber Collision... this was my First Time using the Brand because it is my Insurance Company preferred shop and I cannot be more satisfied. Everything from contacting Them by phone until the Day We picked up the Vehicle was seamless and with no, thus far, complaints. Kudos to Sandra for being so Personable, Down-to-Earth, Amiable, and Professional. Kudos to the Shop Workers Whom left the Vehicle as New an over all Good Experience!
