We certainly would have gone to a collision shop that was closer to our home, but, we chose the Laguna Niguel, California Caliber shop because a friend who was an automotive claims adjuster for an insurance company recommended that particular location due to favorable experience that he had. Also, the Caliber shops were on the list provided to us by Travelers Insurance company. Got my car back sooner than expected. They did a great job!
The best service my drivers door wouldn't open because of a bend they came out and restored the functionality in about a minute, I asked how much he said it's on the house. 100% recommended and will be coming here for any body work.
We hit something on the way to California on our vacation. We called and asked if they would be able to look at it and fix it so we could get back to our vacation and get back home safely. They did a temporary fix in about 10 minutes. They told us we didn’t have to worry about paying anything.
Professional and respectful. They did a great job.
