I had a small fender bender and went to Caliber Collision. This is my go-to location for collision repair. They were able to keep my estimate within the quoted price, which is not common with other shops. My repair person, Marcos Acevedo, was the best. Professionalism and care are the two best words to describe him. When I picked up my truck, I had a minor ding (not connected to my repair). Leticia came out and buffed it away. Honesty....can't say enough. I went in for an estimate where someone had swiped the side of my car and left scrap marks. thought I would need a paint job but to my surprise, they looked at the car and said give me a minute. They cleaned and polish the area and all looked perfect. And to my surprise charged me NOTHING! I had used them once before and was happy but this still was a surprise. Thank you Marcos and David.
Very easy repair situation. Have used CC several times and will continue to do so in the future.
