I was very stressed after my car accident. My car was repaired like nothing happened. It looked brand new. Gil was very helpful with explaining everything to me. There were plenty of hugs. I’d come back again if repairs are needed. Thank you
No sense of urgency here, I will not be returning. It took them 3 weeks to fix my car, but most of that was just waiting on parts to come in. Their tracker would update at the END of the work day and my pick up date just kept getting pushed back. Finally I called and asked to pick it up after 3 weeks and they said yes to come in at 3. Very good experience. Very friendly staff. Was updated everyday. Karen was great. Had a very good experience. Would highly recommend.
Customer experience was great! They were fast and very communicative throughout the process, the only reason i gave a 4 star was because I left a brand new vape in the box because I had it as a backup to the one I had and when I got my car back it was gone! I’d recommend just taking everything out of your vehicle that you want to keep and not have disappear.
