I requested a simple quote to repaint a brand new purchased trunk lid. They refused to provide a quote to do it unless they looked at it. This is flat out stupid. How can you not provide a quote on a brand new part to be painted. I will be letting my dealership who does a ton 0f business with them to realize how the treat their clients.
