Excellent work on a very complex repair situation. All systems are working well now.

From the moment I walked into the door until the moment I picked up my vehicle, they were absolutely amazing! The communication was on point and they made dealing with the whole situation so much easier and less stressful feeling! I would highly recommend them to anyone I know!
Let me say that I have had service at other caliber collisions prior and have had great experiences and results. The Huntersville location that I used this time was horrible!!!!! Starting with the guy who did the intake on my vehicle, he was passive and marked off things on my car that was not prior damage! Communication with him wasn’t followed through with the insurance company! Then I picked up my car and the hood of course was aftermarket (not the issue) the issue is that it didn’t fit well.
