I highly encourage potential customers to avoid this particular Caliber Collision location. I should have learned my lesson when I first encountered them in 2002/2003 on a total loss. I have had the worst experience with this place surprisingly because usaa recomended me to them. these people broke the locking mechanism on my convertable top and denied ever doing it they also never called me on the status of my car and to make things worse they said there was a part they had to order for my car that would take a week to come in it is a month and a half later now and I called down there to check the status of the part and the receptionist said they never ordered it the service at this place is rediculas ju... read more
