Great experience with Caliber Collision in Lutz. Excellent customer service, everyone was friendly, the repair was perfect and my car was ready earlier than expected. And having Enterprise Rental right next door was incredibly convenient. Hope I don't need to go back, but if I need auto body work in the future, this is where I'm going, without a doubt. Thank you!!

There is only one person who speaks Spanish and is the most rude person, she speaks super rudely to customers, and it seems that it bothers her that they request it for Hispanic customers, I think it is a lack of respect that they have such disrespectful staff.
I don't recommend. I'm never a complainer and only leave good reviews normally. Had a bumper repair done and got back car with paint chipped on front hood and they take no responsibility. Didn't notice til that evening bc I didn't go around the front of car to get in. Returned next day to tell them about. They have no cameras out front the manager said and clearly would've seen before and after if so. Manager wanted to do another claim or repair at cheaper cost but should've been no cost since happened while with them. The r... read more
