Ryan was great to deal with.
Bill Burnet and his team were great they resolved everything wrong with the car and returned it to me good as new. My wifes car needs some work and I will be bringing it to Bill to handle directly soon.
I reviewed the reviews on this location before placing my call. The bad reviews were due to customer service issues and I was still willing to give them a chance. My daughter was in a minor fender bender and the at fault party insurance company recommended this location. i called to schedule the service even overlooking the Customer Service issue. Had a pretty significant repair done here. They were excellent! Did great work. Communicated very very well. Completed the work timely. Super convenient. And the customer service was just superb. I hope I never need them again, but if I do will use them without hesitation!
