The customer service and support were not there. I was forced to wait 8 weeks and I was never notified of progress of the repairs or changes to estimate. I have little faith in the quality of the repairs, though they look good to the naked eye.
Great place went above and beyond
So far this place has been a BIG disappointment. First they said it would take 2 weeks, then 3 weeks, well we just passed 4 weeks and 2 days. It's been in the "paint" shop for two weeks now. This was supposedly "minor damage", their words. Their communications are terrible, they tell us a day it will be ready or send a email and then when we check it's not. At least we now know better than to drive out there and expect anything because it's never ready when they say it will be. They never call us with updates, we always have... read more

I took my truck in for hail damage. They finish it in about a month, which was the expectation of the service, so that went well. They were going to replace the bed cover, but they told me that it wasn’t in yet when it was time to pick up a truck. Alex informed me that he was having a hard time getting one, but he would have it within a week or two for me. Over another month and a half went by and I still didn’t have a cover.
