I had a great experience with Caliber Collision. Their customer service was outstanding, and they kept me updated throughout the entire repair process. The communication was excellent, and everyone was professional, friendly, and helpful. They made the whole experience stress-free, and I highly recommend them!
No one plans on a collision repair due to an accident. Caliber collision was recommended by Progressive my insurance company. It turns out to have been a good pick. The work was excellent and all expectations were met. Angelica at the Palmetto Location took point for checking me in and keeping me apprised of progress and expectations. Because I was hospitalized, unable to pick up the vehicle in person, she made exception to arrange a Sunday pick up by a relative of mine. Above and beyond, thank you
They fixed my vehicle in a timely manner. Looks brand new. Front desk receptionist is so nice all of them.
