Amazing customer service and satisfaction! It was a major inconvenience when my neighbor had crashed into my truck. I thought the insurance process would be a headache, and the repairs process might take long. This was not the case! The accident occurred Sunday afternoon, had my claim filed, and literally an appointment first thing the following morning. The area of my car that was damaged looks just like it did when I purchased it! The Office Manger, Karla and the Service Manager, Nolan took care of all the details and made this process so easy for me!! As an added bonus, they washed and cleaned the interior of my car!
Staff at Caliber Collision was so professional and provided excellent service. They were very helpful and made everything easy . I would definitely recommend them. Much thanks to Maribel she was so kind and professional .
