Very friendly and professional staff! They kept daily, open communication with us and our insurance company. Provided us with detailed repair estimate. They kept to job completion date. Quality of work is outstanding! Our vehicle was fully detailed when we arrived to pickup. They assisted with car rental and return. We would highly recommend Caliber Collision.
2x unsatisfied customer (Sept 2024 & March 2025). Gave them a second try, but they won’t be earning my business a third time. Go elsewhere, unless you want to do all of the Quality Control work yourself. They clearly are not capable in that department. On my walkthrough (post-work), I found overspray, missing antenna, and used/wet plastic paint liners in my truck bed. The nerve to turn my vehicle back over to me that way is disrespectful.
They finished working on my car way earlier than expected and they did beautiful work and I couldn’t even notice there was ever anything wrong with my car after picking it up!!
I love that they take care of you no matter what questions you got
