Amazing service from time I dropped off vehicle to pick up. Quality of work was amazing. Front office customer service was first rate. Very happy I went here.
The Cibolo location did a highly satisfactory job on my truck. They were very honest as well, seeing that we thought both back quarter panels would have to be replaced, but they were able to repair them instead. The job they did was superb and the color match was spot on. The staff was also not only professional, but friendly and courteous as well, and they kept me up-to-date throughout the process of the repair.
Ray Ruiz and the team at Caliber Collision Cibolo were excellent to work with. Ray kept me informed throughout the repair process and genuinely cared about making sure my truck was repaired correctly. When I noticed a few issues after pickup, Ray immediately took ownership of them and had me bring the truck back so everything could be made right. That level of customer service is hard to find. Excellent work timely completed. Professional throughout the process in communication, accommodations and details. Not sure on cost as I was not liable for the repairs. (no fault)
