The staff was super friendly and helpful! They kept me informed throughout the entire process! They even had my car finished a day early. They explained everything they did very well! I would highly recommend! This is my second time using this location for work done due to an accident!
They got everything repaired but kept delaying pick up. I was told 4 different times my car was going to be painted and then needed to put back together. The original date for completion was 6/13. Then on a Thursday 6/12 at 5pm I get a text notification that it’s being pushed back until 6/27. I called first thing in the morning as we had vacation on 6/25. Bo said all that was needed was paint and it was going first thing the next week and I was relieved. I called the next week for an update and he said it still has not gone ... read more
