Well for starters, they did not communicate the status of my repairs in any timely way. They made promises to call and never did. I had to call them. This happen twice even though I commented to them the first time about it. Second, they gave me a completion date, I started to the store and decided to call to make sure it was done and was told it was ready. Body work in several areas that were complex but took longer than expected.
Excellent workmanship. James kept informed throughout the repair process. Staff is extremely nice and helpful. Shout out to Jacob for the ride to get the rental car. I recommend Caliber Collision to anyone who needs collision repair done to their auto.
