Customer service was way below par. Paint job looked like an amateur did it. Will never use them again. This review was left by a retired auto body shop owner.
"My experience at Caliber Collision was deeply disappointing. They kept my car for three weeks for mild damage to the front driver-side fender and failed to provide any updates, often putting me off when I called. When I finally picked up my car, it had an electrical problem I'd never experienced before, and as soon as I drove away to get gas down the street, the car cut off on me at the light. The work was good, but the communication was not, and I had to pay out-of-pocket for a rental because the completion date was changed several times
