Really nice people but the quality of work is not very good. They kept me informed the whole time but I had a part delay that caused repairs to be over a month. My rental coverage ran out way before the repairs were done so even though I should make them re-repair it, I need and want my vehicle back so we are going to live with it. Its a lease so I just hope the dealer doesn't notice how bad the repairs are when I turn it in a few months from now.
Horrible experience. The paint quality and the body part alignment was absolutely terrible. I have an appointment to go back and have them fix it. I hope they will take the time to correct my issues. I do not recommend the shop.
Excellent service! After a deer hit, Caliber Collision repaired our vehicle perfectly, in a timely manner, and provided helpful updates along the way. Staff was friendly!
