Great service throughout the process.
we had a very bad experience with this auto repair shop. communication was very poor, and we had to return the vehicle several times. I will not recommend this repair shop to anyone. i was very disappointed with the services and asked USAA insurance agency to investigate.
From wrong parts to delays with their calibration vendor, this has been the worst body shop I have dealt with. I do not recommend utilizing them for any repairs. It has been nothing but a headache and a hassle. They cannot provide estimates of when repairs will be finalized because they do not complete the entire repair process themselves. This adds unnecessary delays and added expenses. There are several other well run body shops in the area that will provide far more thorough, efficient repairs.
