You all are amazing. Not only working on my car but customer service is amazing. I had to get a rental car, and you had it pick me up at the shop and then I just dropped it off at the shop when I picked up my vehicle. That is amazing service. But not only that you did excellent work. I have never had problems. I didn't have to pay this time because I was a claimant in a wreck. But I have brought our cars to you many times.
It took a little while for them to fix the car but I am thankful for Joe's hard work and communication to let me know how it was going vs my previous negative experience with Richard.
