My dad caught the edge of his Lexus bumper on the bumper of a plumbing truck while moving his car out of the way. Pulled out the bumper so it flapped above the rear tire. Went to Caliber because my step mother he'd her Mercedes parking ding fixed three and shes impossible to please but SS happy with the repair. Manager asked me to wait a few minutes and came back with a fixed attached bumper on the Lexus. No charge. I will go back. Nice honest people running it, and competent to boot.
I want to start by saying that this is the FIRST time i have been compelled to write a review. Caliber Collision was recommended to us by our insurence Co. USAA, as the "recomended Center", Please dont let this happen to you, if you have a choice... any other body shop in the San Antonio area will provide superior customer service, quality and workmanship.
