Update: 11/03: No payment has been made after allegedly contacting enterprise for a refund. Still waiting. Update 09/25: I decided to call the shop again and was transferred to Daniel. Instead of addressing the issue with my car, he seemed more concerned about the Google review I had left. He began accusing both me and my wife of leaving the review, which I found unprofessional and unproductive.
