The best car repair shop in Jacksonville! Very professional team, customer service is top notch, and the quality of work is outstanding! Staff kept me informed every step of the way and explained every detail of work being done. Highly recommend!
Very nice staff, had a courtesy vehicle come and pick me up 20 minutes away, and car looks great! Would definitely recommend this place.
A guy hit my passenger door in a Walmart parking lot and at the same time I got rear ended. My poor car was dented up bad. After the repairs done by Caliber collision, my car looks brand new and better than before. My car looks like it got a brand new up grade. No dents and fresh paint, new bumper, new rear lights, and no hole in my passenger door. Yes I had a hole in my passenger door because when they guy backed into my passenger door his trailer hitch went and punctured a hole in my door, but it's all fixed now.
Helen was my advisor. She made sure I was well taken care of and coordinated the whole repair with my busy schedule. The quality job on my repair left me completely satisfied with the work and this shop has earned my trust to be able to bring the rest of my vehicles to them if needed. Thank you for your hard work caliber team.
