I couldn’t have asked for better service at Glenside Ave’s Caliber Collision. Anthony and his team did a great job on my vehicle’s body work. They kept me updated on the status of my vehicle and its ready projection date. Highly recommend!
We had a fantastic experience with them. They were happy to provide updates verbally as needed but had a notification sent via text with updates. It made a frustrating process a breeze.

Anthony lacks customer service skills. He is disrespectful and does not communicate well with customers. After my first car accident, I was unfamiliar with the insurance process, but instead of educating me, he simply ignored my questions. I’m sure he had to learn the process when he was hired. Because of this experience, I will never take my car to Caliber again. I was devastated by how I was treated, and I can't help but wonder if my race and gender played a role in this experience.
