Communication from the woman to the supervisor never happened. I asked multiple time and never got a single call back! It wasn’t until I picked up my car I finally got to talk to the supervisor, he was very kind and helpful but I would of been giving 5 stars if that information was passed along the multiple times I asked before.
Whoever is the woman I spoke to at the desk needs an attitude adjustment! I asked about coming in for a simple estimate and she sounded like I was ruining her day, taking about totaling my car because of the age, and tried to book me out 2 weeks! I decided to move onto your competitor and contacted my insurance company State Farm about this circus! I would highly suggest management looks into this because if this was my company she wouldn’t be the face of it that is for sure.
I had an excellent experience with Caliber Collision. The service was timely, professional, and very communicative throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this location—especially my adviser, Jim, and the front desk representative, Wendy, for their outstanding help and customer care!
My overall experience with Caliber has been excellent, great work and service.
