Best repair team hands down. Front desk was very helpful handling the issue. I had a big dent on the bottom left of my back car door, causing rust and difficulty to open. The team was extremely thorough when examining damages and explaining repair costs. And when picking up after repairs, they even took time to detail my vehicle and clean the inside, making it seem almost brand new. In a tough economy with rising gas prices, it’s really nice to experience genuine customer service. 🙏👍
I came in due to a fender binder, and Caliber Collision turned it into a nightmare. Poor workmanship and poor customer service. They kept my car for 33 days and returned it with damage at the bottom of the bumper—one of the items that was “fixed.” After two weeks of having my car, they called to tell me it was ready.
