Autumn is a rockstar! When she took me to assess my damaged vehicle, she walked through each dent and issue, explaining what normally happens when that part of the car is impacted. She was so kind and clear in her explanations, as well as transparent about the process to follow. If I’m ever in this situation again, she has gained Caliber a loyal customer. Besides that, the checkin process was very smooth and quick. Every interaction I had was friendly and educational about the processes and next steps.
