Was recommended this place from Silverrock through Carvana and my experience with Carvana writing up my claims wrong 2x and having to communicate with Silverrock has been pretty crappy. Lots of phone tag, lots of people giving me wrong information, etc. Ben from Caliber has literally been the best part of the process. LA MESA Caliber Collision is absolutely fantastic. Phenomenal customer service. “Ben” was very helpful and constantly keeping me updated on the progress of my vehicle. Car was fresh and clean when I picked it up and it was finished on time. Repairs were superior. Highly recommend this location.
