Our new car was hit!!! The axel was broken and the suspension was damaged! Not to mention the damage done to the car's body!!! I was absolutely sure the car would run differently. They fixed my vehicle (rear bumper) in two days, on day of pickup (30-40mins later) my chrome trim on the trunk fell off and Israel promised to help as best as he could. I’m still waiting…. He said he would try to find the piece for me but later said he had to buy the whole trunk in order to get that piece so he couldn’t help. I found the piece on Amazon for $60 super fast. I had scratched my fianc�'s front bumper and they took care of it in less than an hour of me walking in. Highly recommend if you need any repairs done. At a rapid pace and great quality and service. Also extremely nice people to talk to.
After going to 3 different body shops for an estimate ranging from $3k to $1300 my last stop was at Caliber Collision- Duarte. GM Michael Rodriguez greeted us and gave us an HONEST estimate based on what we trying to accomplish. The damage was minimal and Michael was very realistic. He could have charged an enormous amount to replace and repair but he didn't.
