This location is amazing. From the moment they made contact with us on the phone to the moment they returned the vehicle. Angie was absolutely wonderful throughout the whole process. My mothers Honda odyssey was damaged in the front bumper and fender area. They did an amazing job in repairing the vehicle. The young woman at the front desk was very nice and approachable. From start to finish, everyone I talked to was very informative about the process and length of time. I appreciate the level of communication throughout the process the most.
If I could give this location zero stars, I would. From the start, the service and communication were unacceptable. I called ahead of time letting Kelly know my car would be arriving early afternoon on July 25. She told me she would send a form for me to sign since I was out of town. Hours went by with no form, so I called back only to be told she was at lunch and would handle it when she returned. The form never came, the shop closed, and then the weekend passed.
