If I could give this location zero stars, I would. From the start, the service and communication were unacceptable. I called ahead of time letting Kelly know my car would be arriving early afternoon on July 25. She told me she would send a form for me to sign since I was out of town. Hours went by with no form, so I called back only to be told she was at lunch and would handle it when she returned. The form never came, the shop closed, and then the weekend passed. Great team of people and awesome customer service! They helped every step of the way and went above and beyond their my expectations!
Shop did a great job with my car. They were very honest and trustworthy!
They provided the up most excellent service for a repair needed. I took my Dodge challenger in there, and although we weren’t able to get ALL the repairs fixed, we got some of them and more than I expected ESPECIALLY for the price! They vacuumed my vehicle and washed it, When they were done with the repairs and it came out better than how it was put in! I sincerely appreciate the service and I will definitely be back to get the rest of the repairs fixed.
John at Caliber Collision was fantastic. I did not want to submit a claim to my insurance and he and his crew buffed it out and replaced one part and made it look almost new again! Add to that, he was super friendly and helpful. More importantly, I didn’t feel overcharged as the price was reasonable for all that they did!
