They communicated with me about my truck mirror regularly and politely and the tracking website was very useful. That is until I went to pick up my truck, when they suddenly added more to the tab and changed the price the tracking website had shown me the entire time. They didn't update me when I spoke to them, they didn't ask if I wanted this service I thought was already included (resetting fault alarms) but added it at literally the very last minute.
