The customer service staff are very friendly and professional—including the mechanic who received my car. I expected my car to be fixed sooner, but since they explained that they didn't have the parts on hand, the repair took longer. Aside from that, everything was fine.
I wouldn't use them at all. This is a late review, but I wanted to tell the story of the poor service I received. I took my car in to get a repair and requested to information about getting the rest of the car to match the new paint. They refused to give the info and acted like they were dealing with an insurance, trying to save them money. But I was paying cash. Who wouldn't want the chance to upsell.
