Caliber Collision is a great company. The care and concern they give their clients is superb. I love how the have streamlined the experience of getting your vehicle repaired and returned. They made the experience painless, which is what you need during stressful times. We love our cars. Whether its a BMW or an old VW, we love our vehicles. Had repair work done here through insurance approximately a year and a half ago and have been having some issues that I was unsure if they could be related. After calling to see what they would recommend, they had me bring the vehicle by same day, fixed multiple bulbs on the spot without charging me for those repairs, and were willing to bid out repairs on some additional work that seemed unrelated to the previous repair. Great service and quality work.
Great work and faster than the initial estimate. This is the second time I've had my car fixed (one wasn't my fault, one was) and they have done great work! Hopefully there won't be another accident in my future, but if there is, I will come to Caliber again!
