My car had to go back 3xs. First time it was returned with the trunk carpet and weather stripping undone. I fixed it myself and was like whatever. Next i went to rotate my brand new tires. They were destroyed because a USED STRUCTURAL component was used and failed. I spent my own money and hours fighting for it back. Then their welds broke through the paint and rusted. Caliber Collision replaced my bumper after I was rear-ended. Their service was perfect! They communicated well, were friendly and respectful, and when I picked up my car it was spotless both inside and out, as well as sporting a perfect new bumper. I will recommend them to anyone, and use them again if needed.
Teenage driver swiped the sliding door of my van in a parking lot. Brought my car in and Austin’s was fabulous. Fixed fast and looks great. Would absolutely come back again.
I had a great experience with Caliber Collision. They repaired my car really well, and everything looks just like original. The work was professional, fast, and done with great attention to detail. I definitely recommend them.
They are jerks to work with because I was struck in the rear end in my 370Z at no fault in my own. My custom exhaust is bent at muffler. Won't fix it.. My Nissan 370Z was torn apart and now I got an EVAP code originating from the back charcoal canister right where I was struck. They don't care they won't contact me. So I go there I am treating uncomfortably
