Communication is key to a business relationship which they don’t have. Lied to my face which ended costing me $1,437. Jerked me around the entire process, and never gave me a straight up answer. Very disappointed in the way it ended up. If you are going through an insurance company to send your car there I would be weary… I was crystal clear on my expectations. Clearly they didn’t listen because I wouldn’t be having to pay $1437 out of my own pocket for restocking of the parts. They were not willing to work with me at all. G... read more
Lorri, Melanie and all the team at Caliber are extremely thorough, knowledgeable, professional and experts. We have used them multiple times (teenage drivers….).
