My 2020 Chevrolet Silverado was stolen from this location once it was put into the shop. It was dropped off before closing around 4:30PM 9/27/21. Before they opened on 9/28, the vehicle was “stolen”.The night manager “forgot” to arm the alarm conveniently the night my truck was dropped off. Needless to say my truck was never the same and it’s no longer a new vehicle.
I busted my passenger side mirror up recently and came here for it to be repaired. They did a great job & got it fixed the following day. Derrik was my estimator/sales guy, he was so kind & helpful. I highly recommend this business!

I went in to get an estimate right before closure. Derrik came out and helped in a timely manner. He was very knowledgeable about my needs and patient with all of my questions. I will definitely refers others to this location.

My experience with Caliber Collision was wonderful! They took great care of my vehicle and completed repairs in just five days! They also handled the car rental and sent me text message updates about the status of my vehicle. Then, when I picked up my car, I was delighted to find they had immaculately cleaned my car!
