I have used 1535 Gallatin pk, Madison, Tn. Shop a couple of times. The Manager - Kipp is exceptional. He and his staff are always kind and courteous. Smiling and pleasant when you walk in - let’s face it - usually when you are coming into an Autobody shop - Your day is already been rough. When you leave you feel like they are going to take care of you and your vehicle. I have been in several of the shops for different reasons and this shop - by far is the best with customer service, and keeping you updated on your car.

Took my company car in there last week and they took great care of me and had me back on the road later that week
Caliber Collision is a wonderful experience from start to end the guys in the shop are very nice and knowledgeable the staff treated me very well .
