Fine people and first class work
Called multiple times for them to take care of a warranty issue for me that a different Caliber repaired. They told me they would get back to me after I sent information. After sending information, they did not contact me for over a week and I had to reach out. Finally after a week and a half they told me they were unable to fix the warranty, which was just a minor issue (bumper sagging an inch) and referred me to a different caliber collision. Very friendly and helpful.
Caliber did a great job returning my car to a “new car” look after an unfortunate collision. Gentry also did a terrific job communicating with me. I was pleased they met the timeline for the repair they quoted me.
