PI location must have so much work that they can afford to be inconsiderate to potential customers. Front desk turned me away within 5 minutes. There are many other like businesses in the area and any one of them would be a better choice. It didn't take me long to get estimates at other locations (including the caliber collision in Murrells Inlet). Ultimately I went with an independent company because the PI people turned me off to Caliber company.
