Great customer service. They let me know how they were doing many times during the time they had my car. It was done on time and looked like new when I went to pick it up. OUTSTANDING SERVICE!
Thank you for keeping me informed throughout the process and for taking care of us through the hiccups of flu season. Unforseen sickness can occur but Tony made sure we were well taken care of even being short staffed. They even took care of a small dent on the bottom of my door , no charge, just extended kindness and help to make sure our vehicle looks great. The major repairs that the car was in for was excellent. Well done Calliber Collision on Traffic Way!!!
Awesome front desk ! The kind person called to make sure my rental was all set up perfectly! Everything was super smooth from start to finish! They even cleaned my front out , and vacuumed. They also fixed something they didn’t have to ! They went above and beyond and I would go here if you have an accident in Atascadero or Paso ! (A person too old and/or disabled to drive went demolition derby at the food 4 less parking lot .)
