They are very good at customer service and very communicative. The amenities in the waiting room are an awesome plus. Love these people.
John provided excellent support
Had an issue that didn't show up until a couple weeks after I got my truck back. I had an intermittent rear tail light, brake light and cross traffic sensor. Turned out to be a bad wiring harness, and John Runion at the De La Cruz office took care of getting it working correctly in a timely manor. Very happy with John and Caliber.
