Caliber Collision did a fantastic job of repairing and replacing rear bumper of my car. The entire process starting from setting up an appointment, dropping off, inspection, working with insurance, repair, and pickup went extremely smoothly. Service advisors John and Jamaal were fantastic to interact with on the progress and pick up. The repairs and workmanship made the car good as new. reading so many positive review makes me believing that mine will be taken care. So far, after 1.5 days, no response even repeatedly text/email/call, no responses. Update: finally got the call from the manager. Seemed that the guy handles did the assessment without complete the paper work, did to order or inquire the after market parts needed before taking a sick day. At least the manager is giving an estimate repairing schedule.
