Absolutely great service. My Tesla was rear ended - the lift gate had to be repaired, a tail light replaced and the rear bumper replaced. I worked with Rena throughout and she was extremely polite and courteous through the repair process. I got regular updates from her and eventually got the car quicker than anticipated. While the repair job was great, my car actually looked cleaner than when I originally bought it. It looked like they had also detailed the car inside and outside.
