reading so many positive review makes me believing that mine will be taken care. So far, after 1.5 days, no response even repeatedly text/email/call, no responses. Update: finally got the call from the manager. Seemed that the guy handles did the assessment without complete the paper work, did to order or inquire the after market parts needed before taking a sick day. At least the manager is giving an estimate repairing schedule.
They do such an amazing job. Very nice work and great communication. Roxana solis and her team are very good people to work with. I would definitely recommend them.
Rena was excellent! The customer service and quality of repair is top notch. Rena went above and beyond to provide the best repair options possible and the entire process from insurance to rental was easy!
Took my new brand new Tesla in for slight damage and Rena was absolutely fantastic and took great care of me! Highly recommend this location and Rena as your service advisor!!
