I Was There Last Friday I Drop off my Car so I could get a estimate of my damages I was greeted very nicely staff attentive and caring about my situation they walk me thru all the paperwork and any questions I had !!! I would recommend them 100% it’s very hard now days to find a shop that cares and goes above and beyond for your car and re-assure you it will be done in a timely manner thank you Caliber !!!! Took in my truck after I had a head on collision and the process was quick and easy. Erick Angel helped me out with what needed to be repaired and informed me with how long it would take. Through out the whole process he kept me in the loop and always answered any questions I had. Everything went by smoothly with no problems and now my truck looks new again. He even helped fix the paint on the side of my truck bed from a previous accident I had that another Caliber Collision repaired. He noticed paint was off and not shining... read more
