Caliber Collision , Warenton unit is One of the best and executed my car (fully electric vehicle) with perfection and demonstrated their high competency . Really liked their flawless delivery process adopted all through by communicating effectively.

I called to request an update on our vehicle, which was towed to this shop three weeks ago. During the call, Henry informed me that because our insurance carrier is not one of their preferred or primary insurance partners, the vehicle is not being prioritized and they apparently have no obligation to complete the repairs in a timely manner. It is extremely concerning and unacceptable that the timeliness of a customer’s repairs would be influenced by which insurance company is handling the claim. So preface to this review I did not have work done here -- But I had the pleasure of having an assessment done with Tony and WoW he is an amazing human being. He was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about what we talked about. He told me I would financially be in a better place going to a place of business he works along side of and really cared about me getting the best outcome monetarily.
