I trusted the Caliber Collision name when I brought my car in for repairs over a month and a half ago, but this has been the worst repair experience I’ve ever had. It has already taken far longer than it should have, and on top of that, even after promising it would be ready on Wednesday, they have now pushed it back to Monday.
