Took my vehicle to this location and it was declared a total loss. However Insurance Company considered the toolbox in back of my truck was not "permenantly installed." Caliper said it would be approximately $40 to remove the two bolts to get the toolbox out. I scheduled a time to pick it up and when I arrived they could not find the toolbox.☹️
I would NOT recommend this location of Caliber Collision. I worked with a gentleman named Pete. When I went to pick up my vehicle, he ran my card twice for $999.00 TWICE. Of course he placed the blame on my card and not him being able to work the credit card machine. I had to spend over an hour at my bank before I could take my vehicle home. When I finally returned back to Caliber, the front desk woman was very rude. Again, it was user issue and not my issue. No apology. No customer service. No walk through of my car. Just h... read more
