I went to this shop for an estimate after a very minor fender bender, and the quote I received was extremely inflated. They charged for 9 hours of labor at $144/hr (over $1,200 in labor alone) for a simple bumper issue. On top of that, they added 4.4 hours of “paint supplies” at $71/hr, which came out to over $300 just for supplies — something that should never be billed by the hour. I had body work done on my vehicle as a result of someone hitting my car while it was parked. I was extremely surprised at the level of customer service and professionalism of Caliber. The whole process was seamless and my vehicle was returned on the date anticipated. They handled everything between the insurance company and I had piece of mind it was all taken care of. Ashley was prompt, professional, and very clear on her communication. I wouldn't highly recommend Caliber!

This place is amazing! I had some trouble on the highway and I was able to come in and they fixed the issue within 10 minutes. They were kind and helpful and I can not recommend enough!! Thank you guys again!
