Excellent easy to do business with.
Great customer service from Bobby and the excellent repairs from Caliber Collision was a quick and easy experience. They worked well with our insurance, kept us updated on repairs, and even had my vehicle ready earlier than estimated. Will definitely recommend.
Such an easy process. From scheduling, to dropping off, to picking up. Great communication, finished ahead of schedule and did an excellent repair job. Very happy with the service consultant and the whole process!
Bobby and Caliber staff are exceptional. Not common these days you finds excellent customer service. They did great job on vehicle and reception staff and Bobby were very detailed and helpful. I will definitely refer this facility/location. My car came back looking perfect from the work they did. Car was washed and all! Bobby is very knowledgeable, he knows his job! I will return, as I was just in another hot and run!
