No words can express the pain we went through with this place. I held back writing this review but another poor experience has me finally writing out my horror story. We blew by so many estimates of when car would be fixed and were given every excuse in the book as to why. 6 months to repair a car!!! Dropped off in June and did not have final details of car fixed until December. Caliber exceeded my expectations. I was kept apprised of the work being done and my van was ready before the original date. They are very professional and I appreciate the staff and their high standards!
This is the second time (different vehicles) that I have used Caliber Collision and both times the vehicles looked great.
Great folks. Finished the repair ahead of time and did a great job!
