I had a small area on bumper of my Mercedes that got side swiped while my car was parked. I went by Caliber Collision in Hvle on Aug 21 to get an estimate on removing the black paint/scrape from my white car. A gentleman named Chad came out, looked at the bumper, felt it, and told me to wait a minute. He went inside the building and got a container of something. Caliber Auto Body on Ben Maddox in Visalia, Ca is a great shop to use. The estimator was very helpful and the repairs were done in a timely manner. The whole process was handled without any hassle. I will recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable shop.
Excellent and expeditious service on repairing the passenger door of my vehicle which had become difficult to open due to a minor accident. Total time from fault diagnosis to repair was less than half an hour. Service Caliber Advisor Lee Coffer was extremely helpful and courteous.
We just had the worst experience we have ever had with a Bodyshop. Never have we dealt with a General Manager that was so disrespectful and shouting at me. There was a $400 difference between what the insurance company approved and what they estimated. Mike, the gentleman that gave us the estimate was aware of what the insurance company approved and assured us they would work with the insurance company regarding the difference and would not hold our car. I picked up my car today from Caliber and on initial inspection I would give them a five star rating. The only thing that really bothers me is that someone jacked around with all the cars settings. I didn't think to check the milage when I dropped the car off for repairs so I hope they didn't take my car out for a joy ride. I guess it's just immaturity on who ever changed all my personal settings.
As a brief overview, since October 2024, I have faced numerous challenges with the repair process, including difficulties in communication and multiple visits to their facility. Despite assurances, the issues with my vehicle persisted, leading me to seek repairs from a dealership directly. My experience with Caliber Collision Imperial Mo was excellent. They are one of the few businesses that understand and practice great customer service and impeccable work. I had all but given up getting my vehicle repaired from storm damage back to the way it was before. Caliber Collision Imperial Mo repaired my vehicle back to new condition. Brent was great to work with! The paintless dent removal guy did his magic! The paint guys in the shop sprayed down flawless paint! Thank you Caliber Collision Imperial MO!!!!
