I had the most wonderful experience at Caliber Collision in Peyton, CO with my car repairs. It was my first accident ever in my life of 71 years. I started with a friendly greeting by a very cheerful Laura at front desk. I met their most wonderful service advisor, Auburn. She was extremely patient with answering all my questions, explaining every step of the process and keeping me up to date on my vehicle, especially dealing with insurance. I highly recommend them for any auto body repairs😀
Staff was very helpful and friendly. I rented a car with Enterprise and the shop staff was very helpful with this too. My car was rear ended and the damage was mainly to the bumper and the deck lid. They did a good job and it looks good, except I think they should have taken more time and washing the car and cleaning it a lot better. I live in a dirt road and lots of dust cumulates on the rear.
