Staff was very helpful and friendly. I rented a car with Enterprise and the shop staff was very helpful with this too. My car was rear ended and the damage was mainly to the bumper and the deck lid. They did a good job and it looks good, except I think they should have taken more time and washing the car and cleaning it a lot better. I live in a dirt road and lots of dust cumulates on the rear. Great work on some front-end collision damage to my 2019 Subaru Forester. Mae was very courteous and responsive at the reception desk. Work was performed flawlessly and they updated me through the process through texts.
I recently had my car in for repairs through my insurance company and they did a great job. After the repairs my a/c went out so I took it back to them and they were extremely helpful. The staff was always so nice and they respond quickly and keep you updated on the progress of your car. Kenny took care of the repairs for my a/c and took care of the extra charges since I was a repeat customer.
