I would delete my review of four weeks ago if this functionality was available through BirdsEye, but this does not appear to be the case. So, I will add now that after two conversations with manager "Drew" at the Kimbark location, I feel as though Caliber has done what it can to make right what had been a previously "horrible experience." HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. More than three months wasted and $$ being held hostage. To make a very long story short: first spoke w/ B face-to-face on July 25, 2024. Made plans to get hail damage repairs made in two phases at two separate times. Appt made w/ employee L. Communications w/ B twice the week before repair date to confirm. Caliber/B accepted a Cashier's Check so car hood could be pre-ordered & my car would not need to be in the shop for more than one workweek, 5 days. Very bad experience with Caliber Collision and Liberty Mutual. 1) I own my car, I have collision. I sent an estimate to Liberty, submitted supplements and they sent back money. Then we choose a body shop (Caliber gave a mid-level estimate). I dropped it off to Caliber as self pay, never gave them a policy number.
