car returned no inner fender retainer clips. hood racked never noticed it. used old bumper n repaired it never matched seam up bad seam. fender didn't match at side skirt. pinstripe had bubbles in it. send it back on tow truck kept for 30 hra n i had to call n ask what's goin on..car is returned with a letter sorry bad seam need to order a new bumper if u want us too call me. all they fixed just the pinstripe. all i want is my car fixed right. maybe after the 3rd attempt they'll get it right. all they had to fix was fender b... read more

My first time dealing with body repair. I couldn’t be happier with their professionalism and the respect and support that I received from Caliber at NAS. Dwane kept me updated with all the info and making sure my car would be well taken care of. Everything was great up until the fact that they released my vehicle to the junk yard without my consent. They claimed my fiancé or I verbally gave them permission and that is not the case. Not happy about this at all.
J.R. kept great communication with me while my car was in thier care. My car came back better than new! I was in tears when I dropped in off and I was in all smiles when I picked it up. Definitely a 10/10 star experience.
They were very professional and prompt with my claim. I didn’t have to wait and they explained everything about the process. I won’t go anywhere else
