Terrible shop, constant lies like it worked when we pulled it in and it’s not working during delivery such as seatbelts which they lubed?? Why?? back up cameras, dents still visible on hood and roof. Do not trust this place to restore your vehicle to pre loss condition. They rush jobs no one double checks quality and they will tell you they checked and walking up to your vehicle you can see they didn’t do what they said they would. Mason at Caliber Collision did an amazing job fixing my car. The customer service was also great! They kept me informed of the progress on a daily basis. When I picked up my car, I couldn’t believe that it was mine. It looked like a brand new car! Thanks so much Caliber Collision! Excellent service! The repair looks perfect and it was done a week ahead of schedule. We received daily communication throughout the process and they helped with our rental car as well. 10/10.
