Kyle and Karen were extremely responsive and empathetic when I had to bring my car in. The communication with text was really helpful and Kyle called to explain if there was a delay. There did happen to be a delay which impacted my family, but Kyle absolutely made it right (and it wasn't even his fault). I would take my car here again. They were professional, communicative and did an excellent job!

Unbelievable repair and customer service

We went to Caliber Collision in Castle Rock today for an estimate. Luckily, it turned out that the paint I had gotten on my car door could be removed with a bit of solvent instead of a paint job. They removed the paint for us free of charge and recommended canceling our insurance claim and saving the deductible. We really appreciated their honesty and help with what we thought might be a costly repair!!
