Mason at Caliber Collision did an amazing job fixing my car. The customer service was also great! They kept me informed of the progress on a daily basis. This place is not in the business of helping to fully repair a vehicle they are paid to fix. Over 2 years ago, I had an A/C issue. They said it was resolved and replaced the condenser. For the last 2 years, I have had nothing, but issues and they put the blame on me and did not honor their warranty. Had issues after the windshield replacement and Scott made it right with no hesitation. Unfortunately had to get it replaced again but was relived that this company still believes in quality work and customer service
