Inssurance obedient and NOT customer focused, is my car but they don’t care what I have to say. Absolutely no customer service
Great communication! Excellent workmanship! Wonderful overall experience! Highly recommend.
Bruce and staff did a wonderful with my new car that got hit by a dear. Highly recommend.
Fantastic experience all around. Karen was exceptionally helpful in coordinating with 2 separate insurance providers for my repair, and Bruce communicated everything I needed to know and kept me up to date through the entire process.
From the moment I walked in, their customer service was top-notch. They were kind, transparent, and kept me updated through every step of the repair process. When I picked up my car, they did an amazing job with the body repair! But they truly went above and beyond by completely detailing the inside of the car. It is rare to find a business that cares this much about their customers and their craft. If you ever need collision work, this is the place to go!
